Sealed The Deal!! PART 2: They were able to create a beautiful listing that people could not resist seeing my home in person. Immediately they were contacted for showings. They were respectful by informing me of requests before it was viewed, and I had a solid offer within 48 hours. The closing was expedited and only took approximately a month to wrap up. They are intelligent business people that represented me as the seller very well. They were very prompt with communicating and negotiating with the buyers realtor. They were able to get the price that I was hoping for. I had the right people, at the right time to seal the deal. If I ever need a realtor in my future I will definitely call them. Amazing Amy! PART 1: This was my second time working with Amy Biggins as my realtor. The first time, I was the seller. She did an amazing job. She introduced me to other local professionals that partnered with us in making my house more marketable. She made what could have been a stressful situation a great business decision, that was very profitable. My house sold immediately once she put in on the market. My second experience working with Amy was even more amazing. This time I was the buyer. I contacted Amy on a Tuesday, I shared my interest and needs. She contacted me the very next day (Wednesday). Superior Knowledge of Multifamily: Bob & Amy helped lead a multifamily purchase for an investment group. Although Paw Paw MI was not their home market, they put in the work to learn the market, help evaluate the structure, secure financing, deal with tenant issues and navigate with the selling group. There were a few unexpected issues that arose along the way, but they were ironed out long before closing. And oh, the closing went smooth as silk. Amy never gave up on us! We looked at over 20 houses and Amy stuck it out with us. We told Amy what and where we were looking for over a year ago and we finally got a house. The market was against us the whole time but Amy never gave up on us. She found houses that were what we were looking for and many of them were very interested in but got out bid.
