A leader in the sales of residential properties, Allan Vides and Laurie Marsden are accomplished Realtors who have been servicing the Greater San Fernando Valley and Los Angeles for over a decade.

Allan started this Real Estate Journey back in early 2000 working as a Real Estate Appraiser inspecting over 1,000 homes. In 2006, Allan began the next phase in his Real Estate career in sales and in 2008 joined one LA’s Top Real Estate Firms and alongside professionals like Laurie Marsden and other seasoned agents. Allan's strong leadership qualities lead him to open his own Real Estate office in January of 2013 called Realty Executives SFV Associates.

Laurie Marsden has been in the Real Estate business for 19+ years and closing over 2,500 escrows working at her previous company. The qualities Laurie brings to the table is experience in every market. Laurie has assisted in closing REO’s or Real Estate Owned properties, and Reverse Foreclosures. I have completed short sales, 1031 Exchanges Reverse 1031 exchanges, VA's, FHA's, Reverse mortgage, Trust Sales, Probate's.
