The dock measures 8ft x 15ft, there is a boat ramp with a hand winch system if require boat storage off the lake. Onsite you'll also find an outhouse, fire pit area, a 8ft x 10ft storage shed that houses a 3000W gas generator; and a shower shack on the property that is solar heated and gravity fed. There is a 6 hsp water pump with a 1.5" and 1" fire hose that can be set up on the dock to fill the water tanks and supply fire suppression water to a roof mounted sprinkler.
