The game room offers a Cricket Pro 900 Arachnid talking electronic 15.5" dart board, a dry erase board with dry erase markers, an Elite Sprortz Ring Toss Game, a GoSports Hook 21 Ring Swing Game, and a 32" 1Up Arcade Table. All instruction manuals are available. The home has 2 full baths. We provide large towels, hand towels wash clothes. We also provide start up hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper. Each bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and a non-slip super absorbent stone bathmat. The owners' bedroom has a ceiling fan and a king bed with a Tempur-Pedic mattress. White 650 Thread-count cotton sheets with a Hypo-Allergenic 1000 thread count cotton down alternative comforter in an extra fine microfiber duvet cover. The room has a 5-drawer chest and a 1/2 closet with 10 hangers to hang clothes along with 3 shelves and a laundry basket. The room has a full-length mirror and your mini "movie theatre" with velvet curtains. (This is not an actual movie theatre; it is merely a small space with velvet curtains and a 42" TV for your viewing pleasure). On each side of the bed is a nightstand with lamp containing USB ports. There is also a fluffy rug on each side of thr bed, that your feet will love to feel when you step out of bed. The black and white room has a ceiling fan and a queen bed with a 12" Memory Foam Sleepy Curve mattress, white 650 thread-count cotton sheets with a Hypo-Allergenic 1000 thread count cotton down alternative comforter in an extra fine microfiber duvet cover. The room has a closet with 10 hangers, 2 rugs, a full-length mirror, a 42" smart TV, and a desk with a lamp. The 3rd bedroom can be for kids or adults. It has a ceiling fan, a closet with 10 hangers and a laundry basket. Each twin bed has an 8-inch snug memory foam mattress, small nightstand and touch controlled dimmable lamp with USB ports. Of course, we can't forget about the awesome Teepee, so cute and so much fun! The large, fenced back yard provides a nice paver patio, peace, and privacy. After grilling on the provided charcoal grill (yes, we provide charcoal and a lighter), sit and relax at the dining table or enjoy the 4 Adirondack chairs with 2 side tables. It is a great vibe with the string lights. We also have cornhole! Full access to the home except for 1 closet located in the hall bathroom. That closet is locked and dedicated to cleaning supplies. Take a leisurely 20-minute stroll and your feet will be in the Atlantic Ocean. Almost anything you need is a 5 minute drive; grocery stores, liquor stores, nail salons, hair salons, restaurants, clothing stores, tourist beach shops, night life, parks, etc.
