522 Oak Road Clear Lake Shores is it's own separate community in League City. It's surrounded by water, sail boats, restaurants and trails. When entering you're greeted into the foyer with high ceiling and to your right a large storage closet. The upstairs is the main living quarters. To your right of home you'll walk into the living room that opens up to the kitchen and dinning area. The floors are a deep dark brown wood, walls are white and windows displays white shutters. Going back to the kitchen, the countertops are granted, cabinets are a light brown with plenty of space. There are 2 bedrooms and both have full baths. Primary room has a huge walk-in shower, walk-in closet with a stand alone bath tube. The room leads out to the back patio with lake view. The second room has it's own walk-in shower and nice size bathroom. Down the hall from the rooms there is a nice size laundry room. The laundry has a washer/dryer, cabinets above, toilet and a sink area. The community is very friendly!
