Recently added: new roof 2022, RO system, crown molding, sprinkler system, new faucets, fans, light fixtures, pool pump, refrigerator, double oven, dishwasher, restaurant strength garbage disposal, AC in 2022, pool cage screens, pool heater, impact windows and sliding doors, Rev-A-Shelf systems in the kitchen pantry and freshly sealed pavers on the lanai. The only damage from Hurricane Ian was a few torn screens, which were repaired. The owners poured all of this money into upgrades and, unfortunately, must move again. Their loss is your gain.
