Enjoy a simply decorated clean smoke-free duplex property in a convenient location which sleeps 4 guests. There is one king bed per each bedroom. We have a smart Roku tv and ceiling fans in each bedroom and in the living room, along with a dedicated workspace in the bedroom (en-suite). The living / dining room will be sufficient for your needs, along with the full sized kitchen. We provide linens and towels, kitchen cookware, utensils and basic items such as glassware, toaster, microwave, washer, dryer, full sized kitchen appliances, central heat and central air, outdoor seating areas, and even the use of two bicycles. Utilities, trash collection, water, sewer, internet wifi, pest control are included. We have a complimentary high chair and pack n play available when reserved in advance. Access to the fenced yard is through the kitchen side door. You will be close to everything Sarasota has to offer when you stay at this centrally-located home and be within 2-25 driving minutes of parks, Legacy Trail, downtown, beaches, Pinecraft, SQR airport, University Mall, dining, fishing, boating, water sports, kayak the mangrove tunnels, a short trip to the grocery, coffee, beach drum circle, ice cream parlors, and so much more! Swim passes are available to Arlington Park Aquatic Center nearby. Simply pre register with the City’s Recreation Department to enjoy the pool, it only takes a few minutes. You can purchase a punch card for a few dollars fee to enjoy the experience! Leave your car & take the beach shuttle directly to the beach! Take a short 3 minute trip to a famous Circus themed playground in beautiful Payne Park!
