WHEN APPLYING: Complete the online application thoroughly; incomplete applications will not be processed. The $50 application fee is non-refundable. It may take up to 5 business days for us to review your application. Please make payments using approved methods; cash, checks, or money orders are not accepted. To maintain safety and compliance with regulations, cohabitation is not allowed. IF APPROVED: You'll need to pay all move-in funds immediately after written approval—first month's rent, any partial month prorations, security deposit, and a one-time fee. If applicable, you'll also need to pay any neighborhood association fees. The lease agreement will be prepared for signatures after 3 business days of payment. Upon moving in, you're responsible for setting up utilities in your name. Tenant insurance is mandatory before moving in.
