Fully equipped kitchen with bar stools at the counter and a dining room table to sit and enjoy dinners with your family! This unit also comes with a private driveway, garage, kayaks and paddleboards. Sit on the back porch next to the fire pit and relax with a glass of your favorite beverage and enjoy watching the sunsets. Or sit on the dock with your feet dangling in the water. There are also a lot of fun amenities around this area including SunWest Park, Florida Exotic Bird Sanctuary, Werner-Boyce Salt Springs State Park, Weekie Wachee Springs, and so much more!
