Suite 100 is approximately 170 sqft and rents for $1, 000 per month. Suite 102 is longer and rents for $1, 200 per month. Suite 200 is the full upstairs which is approximately 736 sqft. With 2 offices, a reception area, its own bathroom, and space for another desk or coffee and fridge set up and it rents for $1500 per month. All spaces share access to the conference room.
