0 Parish Road 6609 aka Daniel Road The Union Parish Tract (#03019-03901) is a 750.6-acre (per GIS Estimate) tract of timberland located in Union Parish about eight miles north of Farmerville, LA and about 10 miles west of Marion, LA (North 32.90397°, West 92.43554°). About 165 acres were planted in 2003 with Loblolly Pine and have been partially first-thinned; another 16 acres were planted in 2015. These pine areas have a generally well-drained upland topography. The vast majority of the property features 550 acres of mixed hardwood timber with Bayou de Loutre, a scenic Louisiana river, flowing through in a southerly direction. Another 18 acres on the western edge creates functions as wetland wildlife habitat. Access to the property is excellent frontage to “Daniel Road, a paved parish road, along with other deeded access points. The property contains a diverse assortment of both merchantable planted pine stands as well as hardwood bottomland hunting areas.
