After twenty eight years in the housing industry Richard, and his wife Heidi, have joined Realty Executives Arizona Territory forming "The Remakel Group". Why Realty Executives Arizona Territory? Richard is a licensed Real Estate Associate Broker in the state of Arizona and has a long standing reputation of being professional, ethical, and honest in his real estate practices. Having worked in contracting, project management, and construction insurance, his broad expertise is advantageous when dealing with first-time home purchases or complicated multi-transaction deals. He also brings to the company a strong background in negotiation and communication skills which results in a "Win-Win" situation for clients.
With 23 years in sales and management for both corporate and private companies, Heidi exhibits solid quality customer service, leadership, and integrity. She is driven to provide excellent service for you, and committed to the highest level of professionalism.
Heidi was born in Phoenix, AZ and has resided primarily in Arizona. After graduating from the University of Arizona with a BA in Education, she discovered her desire to work with people and put them first. She pursued sales and professional education fields which proved very fulfilling. Plus Her past volunteer work with Horses with Heart, Friends of the Library, and Historical Society has kept her connected to the local community.
In 2022 Kayleigh Malloy joined the Remakel Group adding another Realtor® to help and support the growing number of clients that are moving or investing in the Prescott area. Kayleigh has a background in customer service and management and after being a stay-at-home-mom decided to get back to work. She saw the great opportunity of becoming a Realtor® and joined the Remakel Group at Realty Executives Arizona Territory.
