I was born and raised in rural Northern Arizona, and this part of the state has always been home to me. Growing up here gave me a genuine appreciation for the small towns, wide-open spaces, mountain communities, and way of life that make Northern Arizona special.
I'm a REALTOR® with Realty Executives Arizona Territory, working alongside my husband, Jim Leech, as a husband-and-wife real estate team. As parents of four, we understand that a home is much more than a property—it's where families grow, memories are made, and life happens.
Our local roots give us a genuine understanding of the communities we serve and the different lifestyles they offer. From Show Low and Pinetop-Lakeside to Snowflake, Taylor, Springerville, Eagar, and Heber-Overgaard, we know that each community has something different to offer. Whether you're looking for a home in the pines, more land and room to breathe, or a small-town community to put down roots, we're here to help.
Whether you're buying your first home, looking for more room for a growing family, searching for a mountain getaway, relocating to Northern Arizona, or selling a property, we understand that every move comes with its own goals and challenges. We take the time to listen, understand what matters to you, communicate throughout the process, and help you feel confident every step of the way.
For us, real estate is about more than contracts and transactions—it's about people, families, and helping our clients find a place that feels like home.
Home is more than a place. It's where your story begins—and we'd love to help you find yours.
