Born in Brooklyn, Cathy moved at nineteen to a small town in Italy where her family has deep roots. While attending university there, she met her husband at a local pizzeria in her hometown—a true love story that would eventually bring them back to the United States.
In 1988, her husband, a talented pastry chef, was offered an opportunity in New Jersey. The couple relocated to Lodi and, in 1996, as they prepared to welcome triplets, purchased a home in Woodland Park to accommodate their growing family. Blessed with three sons, they quickly fell in love with the community, its homes, and its neighbors—and have proudly called it home ever since.
Entrepreneurial at heart, Cathy and her husband opened and continue to own Il Dolce—Italian Pastry Shop, a beloved bakery in Hawthorne. Through years of successful business ownership, Cathy has developed exceptional skills in marketing, sales, client relations, and negotiations—giving her real estate clients a true competitive edge.
