Barefoot Mardi Gras Festival - Returning 2/26/22
If you’ve been dreaming of catching some Mardi Gras beads with the sand between your toes, Padre Island in Corpus Christi brings the biggest and best party on the Texas Coast! Barefoot Mardi Gras captures the great spirit of Island life and gives everyone in the family something wonderful to experience during this most lively of times!
The festival begins at 11:00 am and goes through 5:00 pm with an entry fee of $5. The festival is located at the Briscoe King Pavilion in Padre Balli Park.
The Art Senter of Corpus Christi
The Art Center of Corpus Christi is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization whose mission is to nurture and promote local / regional artists and art as a service to our diverse community. There are 7 gallery spaces with an ever-changing array of local art to enjoy, all of which is for sale. The Art Center is located on the Bayfront in Downtown Corpus Christi and is open Tues - Sat, 10:00am - 4:00pm.

Whataburger Field is a minor league field located in Corpus Christi, Texas. It is home to the Corpus Christi Hooks amateur team, the Corpus Christi Stormers. It has been home to many local groups, including the Corpus Christi College Indians and the South Texas Indians.
