Robin Roggeman

Robin Roggeman has spent the past eight years working in real estate, supported by a long-standing background serving seniors and their families. That experience has shaped a thoughtful, steady approach to real estate—one grounded in patience, clear communication, and an understanding that estate-related decisions are often emotional and complex.

Robin works alongside her husband, Brent Roggeman, a licensed Realtor and Certified Residential Appraiser. Together, they own Elite Appraisal Group, a residential appraisal firm that has served East Tennessee for more than 20 years. This dual perspective allows Robin to guide estate clients with a well-informed understanding of market value, pricing strategy, and timing, helping executors, heirs, and families make confident, well-supported decisions.

Robin is comfortable working with a wide range of property types, including rural and acreage properties, manufactured and mobile homes, estate properties, and established residential neighborhoods. She brings clarity and care to each step of the process, whether assisting with pre-listing guidance, estate sales, or transitions tied to downsizing or settlement.

Outside of real estate, Robin enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with her family, two Labrador retrievers, and their chickens.
