"We met with Tina to put our toes in the water. Tina came to see our house and gave us a a selling price we for our house. She said get this house ready by June (3 weeks) and she will sell. So we did just that. Tina priced the house perfectly. She was available at every step of the way. Her son graduated high school and we had showings. Father's Day happened and we had showings. Our experience working with Sue Heitz and Kim Peck Schedler was amazing. We recently purchased our second home, and since it had been years since we purchased the first, we felt like first time home buyers again. However, Sue and Kim made everything run smoothly. Because we were looking for our second home we had a lot on our wish list. We spent months searching and they were always able to schedules showings immediately. Our last home sale was completed by discount brokers on both the buying and selling end. To say the process was "bumpy" would be an understatement. We were given poor advice in countering offers placed on our home which prolonged the process and almost caused us to lose the home we ultimately purchased. In addition, the service provided in buying our home was so poor, we ended up communicating with the seller directly. We had NONE of those issues with Kristi and Tina!

We would like to thank Krisiti Artiles, her partner Tina Catalanotte , and the rest of the team at Shorewest for helping us find and buy a new home. Our situation was a little more difficult from a buyer perspective. Both our target area, and price range were fairly narrow. Additionally, our home criteria was somewhat picky. Kristi must of shown us two dozen houses a year before, then Kristi and Tina showed us another 25+ homes when were were finally ready to make a move. They worked very hard, and were very knowledgeable about the houses and neighborhoods and we able to present us with several options that met our range of needs. We had some hiccups in closing, that Kristi was able to both advise us on the correct route to go, and also deal with all the extra paperwork and "gotcha's" in a timely manner to help us get the house we wanted, at a price that was fair. Both are very professional and polite, and take the extra time to care; which made all the difference in this experience. We consider them friends, not just service providers. We have, and will continue to recommend them to our friends and colleagues for years to come.
