Jeff helped us put an offer on a home that went to auction. We lost the auction, but Jeff made sure that we did not lose our earnest money, and then he found another home that turned out to be a better match for us. He helped us with everything, including financing, home inspection, appraisal, and closing... Thanks, Jeff!

My fiancee and I decided to buy a home from a 'For Sale By Owner'. Jeff handled all of the paperwork, negotiation, getting the title handled, and financing. This was not a simple process, the seller did not correctly own the property title on the home and our financing had to change twice in order to get the right payment for our situation. But Jeff held the deal together all the way to the end.

I recently had the opportunity to do business with Jeff Linginfelter. During the initial stages of hunting for a house, Jeff was extremely attentive to the criteria that we had indicated would attract us to a house. He only showed us houses that met these criteria and that were in our price range. There was never a time that either of us felt any pressure to move any faster than we felt comfortable doing naturally. Once we found a house that we liked, Jeff helped us to negotiate a price that seemed like a substantial reduction in the original asking price, all the while showing us other property so as strengthen our position in the negotiating process until that process was complete. Once the offer to purchase contract had been signed by both parties, Jeff was instrumental in helping us to secure a loan, setting up the closing with the Title company, always being available to answer any questions.

My wife and I are stationed in Japan. My son was renting our property in Knoxville when he moved to California. Because we were so far away and there was a 13 hour time difference, Jeff handled everything! He even acted as a caretaker for the house and property. I was very worried about the details of selling a home from another country but Jeff advertised, negotiated and sold our property with ease. Jeff's attention to details and our special needs were more than we expected and as much as we hoped.

I had been looking to buy my first home for almost a year and was becoming very discouraged with the process.
