Randy just sold our Scottsdale home, and he sold it much faster than I was expecting.
This is the second time I have used Randy. I returned because he is a true professional. He knows the Scottsdale market inside and out. He didn't say let me look at the comps, and I'll get back to you. He knew what the competition was. He had been through them, and knew what they were worth, and what they would sell for. He gave me honest expectations on what we could get for the house,and what we needed to do to sell it at our price. I live out of state, and Randy was able to take care of everything. He has all of the resources to take care of whatever is needed. I just sat back and watched the offers come in. I just want to say thank you for making this sale so easy.

A few years ago, I met Randy Roberts through friends as I was in need to find the perfect home after the death of my husband. Before I met Randy, I had been with at least 4 other real estate agents but had not found “The” house. After two years of searching, I was beginning to wonder myself if the problem was me or if I was looking for something too special in my price range. I met with Randy and he from the get go was a highly attentive agent, always listening and always searching for new houses coming on the market. He returned phone calls, he kept in touch, he kept looking and he kept listening to me. One day the perfect house came on the market and that same day he took me to see the house. I bought it. It was perfect. Through it all, Randy was always there from the beginning to the end. And, I always knew that if I ever needed anything that he would be there. He takes service to the ultimate degree. And, of course there were our moments when he might have been exasperated with me but he kept listening and had a lot of patience. My situation was very difficult because I was trying to find a home for the first time alone after losing a husband of 28 years of marriage. It was not easy and I knew that I had to find that special home for me to even feel comfortable and possibly happy. Randy never tried to push me to buy, to use hard sell tactics even if it meant that he was not making a commission immediately with me. But he didn’t give up and after many months of car rides and looking for houses all over the valley, he found the perfect place. I would highly recommend Randy Roberts to sell or buy a home. In September 2012, my wife and I relocated from Orange County, California to Scottsdale, Arizona. Thank God one of our close friends had introduced us to Randy Roberts. Being new to the Phoenix area, we had no idea where to begin looking for a home, plus we weren’t sure if we wanted to lease or purchase a home. We met with Randy on numerous occasions and looked at dozens of properties, including both rentals and properties for sale. My husband and I recently moved to Scottsdale from San Antonio, Texas. A long distance move is very difficult, especially trying to find the right home in a large market with limited time. We were very happy with our realtor Randy Roberts and the service he provided us. He was always professional, very accessible and on time for all our appointments. That is something to be expected of your realtor but what really impressed us was his willingness to go above and beyond. Being far away, Randy was willing to go look at houses and give feedback on what he saw, knowing our search criteria. He would scope out houses before hand, so as to not waste our time when we were here. Randy was also very personable and honest about the houses we saw, whether it be about the location or condition of the home. We appreciated having a realtor that was not just trying to get us to buy the first house that came along, but was concerned about what we were buying and our investment. When we did finally find the house for us, he had his work cut out with an unmotivated seller and a hard to reach seller’s agent. But Randy tenaciously got the deal done and we are very happy with our new house. After the sale, Randy has kept in touch offering referrals for services we needed done to the house and checking in on our progress. He was a great find as a realtor and now friend.
