There are realtors you shop around for and there are ones like Pat that you stay with. We’ve used Pat 4 times now and each time with excellent outcomes. He is no nonsense and gets us great results. On our last home sale he earned us 7 offers, 4 above list price and 2 of them were cash offers!

Pat Callan was very supportive, both in providing feedback about how the asking price was affecting prospective sales offers and following up on each inquiry with an information packet and phone call. He gave both my residential and commercial sales a true personal touch, showing care and concern for my needs. He doesn't "price low" to go for quick sales, but rather allowed the market time to respond and get me the best sale possible. I have no regrets and no hesitation in recommending him!

Pat did a thorough and professional job. I am also a licensee and REALTOR(r) but I know when I am out of my area of expertise, so I hired Pat. My experience, though, gives me a good basis for judging his work. My last move was after 50 years in the same house. If he is still in business and I want to move in another 50 years, he will be my first call. I highly recommend him. Pat gave me a good market analysis, carefully explained the comps he found and how they might differ from my house, went over his marketing plan, and recommended a price. Everything was completed on a timely basis. He handled the offer from the eventual buyer and, after a round of counters as usual, an agreement was reached and closed with no snags. Great job, Pat!

Pat was incredible to work with. Not only was he assisting us, he was being incredibly proactive in our search and figuring out clever ways to get our names in the mix when offers were being reviewed. I've invited Pat to come over to our new house for dinner once we are settled in, I think that says enough about the wonderful experience we had.
