Hard to believe Memorial Day weekend is upon us already! Traditionally speaking Saturday is a busy real estate day but the rest of the weekend people are usually spending time with their family and friends. It's definitely a popular bbqing weekend which you can count on my family doing just that....weather dependent (which of course it's looking like more rain AGAIN this weekend). The news said this morning it has been 7, yes SEVEN, months since we have had 4 or more days without rain. I know Honesdale & Hawley are planning Memorial Day parades as well. Whatever you end up doing, I hope you enjoy it and remember why we are off and celebrating.

Saw this meme on the internet this morning and had to share! It's true...Zillow is NOT an accurate and reliable source regarding their zestimates. At all! I've had homes APPRAISED significantly higher (and lower) than the stated Zestimates online. Please rely on your agent to help you with pricing. Their access to comparable data is imporant and that's the information and pricing you should be counting on when buying or selling your property. 

Calling all runners & walkers...or just people interested in raising money for a good cause! Our Realty Executives Milford Office has a team running/walking in the Pocono FoxTrot 5k for Parkinson's Research. The 5k will be held in Milford on Saturday June 16. Registration at 9, begins at 10.
