It took the right digital marketing plan and pricing strategy to get 21 Moyer Court in North Haledon, New Jersey sold!.  The home owner used 2 other brokeage firms during the 3 years prior before she was able to find me, Michael Norman of Realty Executives Elite Homes in Nutley , NJ.  I took the time to listen to the needs of the home owner so I could devise a re-marketing startgy to get the right person for that property.  My persistance to market the property to the right buyer was crucial.  Being that this home was not for a first time home buyer or even a starter home.  It was specific for a growing family looking for a mother/daugher with lots of space.  I accomplished this by working hard, holding open house, using Facebook advertising, and using a variety of different social media platforms.  I cannot beleive I was able to get my clients home sold during the Covid-19 health pandemic, but like I said perseverane and hard work is what I know best, so if you have any questions regarding real estate, please don't hesitiate to reach out to me.  Thanks everyone, and be safe out there!
