Working with Kristi was a great experience! We were first time home sellers, and looking for our second house. Kristi helped us with both selling and buying. At the start, we had tons of questions, both high level in nature as well as quite specific ones, about how everything works. Kristi was wonderful at helping us gain an understanding of the process, which turned what seemed like something that was very daunting into something we could be excited about and have fun with! Kristi was very interested in what we were looking for in a home and really was in sync with what we were hoping to find. It was very helpful to have an advocate for us, helping us get a jump on viewing new homes on the market that really hit our major ‘must haves’. This was very important, given the lower inventory of homes at the time we were looking. When it came to selling and getting the house ready, Kristi’s experience and knowledge of the market were a great resource for us.

Kristi’s experience and knowledge of the market were a great resource for us. She has a great sense of what matters, what doesn’t, and how to best achieve a house that shows wonderfully. To those who may not be very familiar with the buying and selling of a home, it moves very quickly once there are accepted offers. Because of her incredible responsiveness, attention to detail, and deep knowledge of the process as a whole, it was nearly stress free for us! This is not to say we were in the dark what was going on – Kristi is wonderful at explaining everything, as mentioned above. We would highly recommend working with Kristi. Kristi impressed with her deep knowledge of the business and contract side of being a realtor in WI.
