It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Denise Monteforte of realty Executives. We relocated from San Francisco to Scottsdale using SIRVA relocation in February of this year. Being new to the area, it was such a relief when we were contacted by Denise to begin the search for our new home.

We wanted to share our extremely positive experience with our relocation Realtor, Denise Monteforte.

We recently moved from Florida to Arizona and were referred to Denise from our relocation company. Our move was very complicated as we were no all relocating at the same time leaving us very small windows of time to find the perfect home based on visit. We were not familiar with Arizona at all, unsure of the location where we would move to.

Denise was so helpful from the very from the very first meeting providing thorough research on public, private, and charter schools for us helping us narrow down the areas we would be interested living based on community, commute, school, type of housing, etc. In addition, she was very thorough yet selective in showing us only houses that fit our criteria, regular taking into account our feedback as we visited various houses - taking into consideration our limited time.

She helped us find a beautiful home which met our needs perfectly. We ended up purchasing a SHORT SALE house within the timeline we needed it to be. We were warned that a SHORT SALE  was unpredictable, which is true, but Denise who is thorough, aggressive, detail oriented, caring, and results oriented made it all happen for us.
