5.0 star rating 11/29/2018, Yelp Debbie is awesome! This was our first time, and Debbie was very knowledgeable of the North Phoenix area. She would find time in our schedule to help us find the right home, and give professional advice. The only negative (and nothing against her personally) is I would use your own home inspector. Ours took less than an hour and a half and still charged what others do (although time isn't everything, it's something) Would definitely recommend! Thanks Debbie!

Debbie has shown me so many great home listings, conducted showings via FaceTime on our cell phones, helped me narrow down the perfect homes, taught me the “ins and outs” of the rental process, always answered my calls/emails/texts, negotiated on my behalf, and truly made my needs a priority. There is no way I could have navigated this process without her! Debbie is such a kind and genuine person who is well versed and knowledgeable about homes that anyone would be lucky to have her on their side when making such a big decision.

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Debbie is a true professional who goes out of her way for her clients. She is sincere and her actions speak for her. There's many things that occur along the way that go so smoothly because she is able to anticipate the process and plan ahead. I would definitely recommend her as a real estate expert to use her as a realtor to sell my home or help me with a purchase.

Terry Campbell My wife and I were looking to buy a home in the Anthem community and needed a realtor. I began searching reviews of realtors in Anthem and I decided to contact Debbie. We found a home we were interested in and Debbie met us there. We didn't get that home, but we continued to work with Debbie to find the home that was right for us. Debbie is very knowledgable regarding the different models and was very attentive to what we were looking for. Although it changed throughout the search due to limited inventory we finally found a home. Debbie was super throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a great realtor, give Debbie a call.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness Debbie is the consummate professional. She helped us find a home in Anthem and then she sold it for us less than a year later. The sale ran into issues due to one of the involved parties having COVID-19, and as a result, it turned into a six month process. Debbie was patient beyond belief and never relented, diligently working on our behalf as well as our buyers' (who Debbie also represented). She communicated what she knew when she knew it, even when things got tense. And she always kept her sense of humor! A true joy to work with. I would recommend Debbie to anyone!

Miriam Collins If I could describe Debbie in one word as my REA it would be “advocate.” Being new to AZ and Anthem I did a bit of research and found she came highly recommended. I found her to be extremely knowledgeable of Anthem and its market. She’s also realistic and I appreciated her honesty and expertise. She takes the time to hone in on what you’re looking for and navigate through this tough market. Living out of state, she was in constant communication and I did end up putting an offer on a house “sight unseen.” I loved this house and faced some competition and came out disappointed and discouraged. Debbie was persistent and fought to get this house for me. I came to Debbie during a very difficult time in my life.
