I will purchase the web domain for your home, so anyone searching for your address will be taken to your personal marketing website. I will provide mobile connectivity through the use of text message response. You home will be listed on all major (and most minor) websites such as Realtor.com, Trulia, Zillow, and local Real Estate affiliates.
It means security. You will be provided with an electronic lock box that can only be opened by Real Estate professionals. These boxes allow me to track who has entered your home and the times that they arrive.
