Cal McLoy

An Arizona native, Cal was born in Tucson and grew up in Phoenix.  He worked for the power company and eventually transferred to Flagstaff as an Operations Supervisor.  A couple of years after he arrived, his department closed and he was transferred back to Phoenix.  However, he had discovered Flagstaff and decided to stay to begin a new career in real estate.  That was over 30 years ago and he hasn’t looked back (okay, maybe a couple of times in the beginning).

Cal’s wife, Diane, is an Instructional Specialist in the Flagstaff School District.  She and her teaching partner oversee and run the Reading Intervention Program at one of the local elementary schools.  Additionally, they set up and administer all the standardized testing and common assessments.

Cal and Diane are very active in their community.  Cal does volunteer work for Flagstaff Medical Center, and Toys for Tots as well as helping Diane with her service work for the Assistance League.  He has served on many committees for the local and regional Realtor® Associations including 10 years as the NAAR Grievance Committee chairman.  He currently serves on the Flagstaff Airport Commision.  Cal and Diane enjoy outdoor activities, especially hiking and exploring the wonders of Northern Arizona.
