We began house hunting with a competitor's realty agent three years ago. When the inspection revealed black mold in the basement that agent pressured us to complete the purchase requirements stating that otherwise our earnest deposit could be kept by the seller. WE had to remind them that our offer was void per our contract regarding health. "Our agent" was not representing us at all. What a nightmare! But behold the great blessing that followed when we met Anne, With a rather hefty list of house hunt particulars Anne eagerly professionally & efficiently assisted with us - keeping us informed all the way. When we "lost" bids Anne was sensitive yet ready to push forward on the search for our ideal home. Thanks to Anne we found our ideal home - and still can't believe it's ours! It exceeded all expectations. We are extremely grateful to Anne who worked hard FOR US and didn't stop until we had what we wished for.

Anne is a fantastic agent. She worked diligently to find a place that fit my needs sending me multiple listings nearly every day. Anne was amazing to work with! There was nothing easy about our new home purchase. At every turn there was something new to deal with Anne was on top of all of the twists and turns and definitely came through in the end when we were finally able to close the deal. If she didn’t have the answers she found them! When we finally moved in there she was helping us settle in. As for selling our house she went the extra mile to market and show the house as often as we wanted. Her selling tips were great and before long we had an offer. Anne is not only a great realtor but an awesome friend!
