Civano is truly a wonderful place to live in Southern Arizona!
Here is a list of activities that the Civano HOA offers all neighbors (a very mutigenerational neighborhood!)
Holiday party
New Year’s Eve party
Easter Egg Hunt
July 4th parade
Oktoberfest
There are multiple informal groups, too.
Civano Tykes-a group for parents with younger kids. They meet up for playdates, etc.
Monthly mom's night (without kids). We chat, gossip and eat junk food
Monthly book clubs
Card game groups
Coffee groups twice a week
(all of these occur in the Civano community center-Rotunda)
Monthly concert series
Art shows
You can look back at the older calendar dates on HOA website to see all the groups that are scheduled to meet every month (before the Covid shutdown).
The community center has a hair salon, chiropractor, counselors, a music lessons/school, a bakery (which is super yummy), a massage studio, and a dentist (just to name a few). There is also an awesome ballet studio, a full day spa and two bed and breakfasts right on the main street of Civano Blvd.
It is truly an amazing place to live. We have raised our daughters here and the schools are fantastic, the kids actually play outside together, and all the neighbors look out for one another no matter if they are single, or parents, or retired folks. We have always felt safe here, too.
So, I will step down off my soapbox and hopefully you will really love it here, too! (I have a feeling you will!)
Best wishes,
Amos & Kelly Koren

Here is a photo of the back of the home. I noticed this really cool prickly pear cactus. I found out it is called a Cow's tongue prickly pear cactus. Isn't it pretty?
