After 31 years serving families in Merced County through leadership at Costco Wholesale, Sean began a new chapter — continuing his commitment to service as a licensed real estate professional.

As an Assistant Manager at Costco, Sean led daily operations, resolved complex member concerns, and built long-standing relationships grounded in trust, accountability, and value. What he valued most throughout his career was helping people — listening carefully, solving problems thoughtfully, and delivering results with integrity.

Real estate has long been both a personal passion and an area of hands-on experience. Over the years, Sean has purchased and sold nine homes, owned long-term rental properties for six years, provided rental management services, and operated a Superhost and Guest Favorite short-term rental through Airbnb in the Sierra Nevada region. These experiences provide him with a practical understanding of property ownership, investment performance, pricing strategy, and long-term wealth building.
