Aura Villa Biography
Aura grew up in Colombia. She spent five years at University to obtain her degree in International Business Administration. She then spent an additional year to obtain her certificate as a Human Talent Specialist. Aura speaks both Spanish and English. She loves being bilingual as it gives her the capability to connect to more people both personally and professionally.
Her professional background includes working for her local government in the town of Armenia. Aura worked in Human Resources sourcing talent, hiring and developing contracts for new hires. She trained, developed and certified her team members.
She loves to travel and wanted to explore the United States. While she was taking trips around the states she found the love of her life in New Jersey, She have explored North Jersey and she has a great sense of local communities.
Aura worked at Su Casa Colombia in Dover, New Jersey. Clients loved her service and she developed a following at the restaurant.
While at the restaurant, Javier Millan a well known Realty Executive Broker would come in. As they developed a friendship, Aura realized being a Real Estate Agent would be a perfect fit. She joined Javier's team. She is now making both buyer and sellers dreams come true.
