Allison is currently a Managing Partner of The Cadence Group where she specializes in managing commercial projects involving tenant improvements, new construction, renovations, and consolidations. Allison manages all the details of her projects, working with partners to stay on schedule, on budget, and keeping her clients informed throughout the process. She and the Cadence team have managed more than 500 million dollars in project volume since their inception.
Allison is solution oriented and exceeds all expectations for key stakeholders. She assists her clients and her team with property due diligence, property condition reports, budget and schedule preparation, and lease agreement input.

Prior to joining The Cadence Group, Allison served as Director of Project Management for Avison Young and Director of Facilities at Ajilon Staffing where she managed the new brand roll-out for all their sales offices throughout the US.
Allison has been in New Jersey for 27 years. After living in both Texas and California, she moved to the East Coast to be closer to family and hopefully start her own. Allison and her husband, Rick, reside in Wayne, NJ raising their daughter, Maggie, and their wide variety of pets.
