• Contact a good local realtor and choose one/ they can help start planning 
• Start to unclutter your home ( this takes time, trust me ) 
• Do all the last minute small projects you have been putting off!!
• Fresh paint never hurts and goes a long way where needed
• Think of your front entrance, is it inviting?  How can you change it to shout HOME!
• Front doors are important, they are the first thing somone sees so make it clean and unique

If you know me by now you know that as long as I have a listing I will have an open house every weekend if possible. This is my list of must have/must do that I advice my cleints on: 

Clean and Clear- as much as possible 

Curb Appeal- invest in clearing the leaves and adding some color to your planters 

Leave the home- to your entrusted agent / home buyers want to relax and evaluate at their leisure

Temperature - Pay attention to the weather and make it very comfortable inside

Lighting - Turn on all the lights/ open all the curtains and open all the doors (except closets) 

Ambiance - Turn on the fireplace/ some soft music and a nice scented candle
