I dug in when times were tough and helped alot of home owners sell their homes either by traditional sale, short sale or I helped many luxury home owners LEASE their properties out as a bridge, so to say, during a down economy. I didn't just pass these folks by saying I could only SELL their property, I actually went in the trenches with them and helped them hang on when times were tough and showed them how to turn their home into an asset again. Then helped them Sell when the market came around and the time was right.  I am experienced in and have acquired in depth knowledge of the luxury market over the years.
