"We found Dave after contacting several different buyers agents when we first started looking for a house.He responded very quick and set up a phone meeting with us. We knew he was different than others when he didn't mention his sales numbers, rather was more focused on finding us "the perfect home for us." "We recommend to you, with complete confidence, the services of Dave Herrington. We first tried to sell our home "By Owner" but with no success - lots of traffic and interest, but no offers.
