Bought a home in Stone Ridge 2016 in Prescott Valley, AZ.

Cheryl worked with us for 10 months as we transitioned to the area. The unique qualities that place Cheryl high above other realtors are her true concern for her clients. She not only shared her thoughts on areas that were right for us but her genuine interest in making sure we were set up in an environment where we would meet others of similar interests. Bought a Single Family home in Prescott Lakes 2016 in Prescott, AZ.

Cheryl took great care of us through the home buying process. We moved from out of state and had limited time to view homes during our home buying visit. Cheryl opened up her schedule to accommodate us. Cheryl is ambitious and dedicated. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home. She would make suggestions about different neighborhoods and possibilities. Cheryl is very thorough with paperwork and always keeping us apprized of the process. She is knowledgeable of the area and her background in design helped us to see other possibilities. She quickly learned what we were looking for and helped find similar features. If there were a topic she was unfamiliar with she would always find the answers we needed to make the best decision.

Cheryl was outstanding to work with, she found us a home we love, and was there to always answer our questions when needed. She had things done for us and took care of work that was needed, when we were out of the country to make the move an easy transition. She is very personable and easy to work with.

Cheryl always kept us informed both around the purchase process, but also the relocation to Prescott from the Philadelphia area. We have never felt this prepared to  move to a new location!
