We are celebrating at Realty Executives – Williams-Sykes Realty today. We just closed our 200th sale as reported to the multiple listings service (we have actually closed more than 200 but not every sale is made through the MLS).
This is the first time in our 13-year history we have closed this many deals before October 1. Looking forward, we have nearly 100 transactions in contract and on the way to closing.
As I consider the reasons for our, I keep coming back three things:
- Our agents work very hard
- Our agents understand the realities of our present real estate market and are effective at communicating those realities to our clients
- Our agents work in a success-oriented, supportive work environment
We kind of take it for granted now that our company will always rank among the top five companies in our marketplace, but I can still remember sitting in an empty office, with no agents, 13 years ago, dreaming of creating a company where great agents could work to grow their businesses and serve their clients. We (I) hadn’t closed our first deal, yet I knew someday we would be among the area’s best (and we are the best – by far – when the companies are ranked by sales/agent).
We have been blessed to be able to serve more than 2,500 clients. We look forward to serving 2,500 more.
