Don is a full-time broker/realtor with nearly over 45 years of experience and 17 years in northern Arizona. Through his real estate career, he has covered a full range of real estate and management positions, including operating officer and owner of some the largest real estate operations in the nation. In 2005, after some careful soul searching and a desire to provide a better client experience, Don decided to acquire Realty Executives Northern Arizona. At the time, the company had 79 Executives and 3 offices. By focusing on client service, infusing real estate technology into the brokerage, and implementing extensive agent services, the company grew to 9 offices and 150 Executives. Similar to the home-buying process, building a business takes planning, hard work, and follow-through. This level of patience and commitment to the craft resonates with Executives as well as clients; Don does everything in his power to find everyone the perfect place to call home!
Mr. Bonnell’s career accomplishments include a top producing agent for Merrill Lynch Real Estate, Manager of top performing offices for Ed Post and Coldwell Banker, Operating Officer for Coldwell Banker Nevada & Arizona, co-owner of one of the largest real estate operations in the nation, Coldwell Banker Success (Arizona), Northern California Operating Officer of the largest real estate company in America at that time - Jon Douglas Company (California), CEO of the Nation’s third largest Home Inspection Company (InspecTech Inc) and Area President of the Nation’s largest Executive Suites Company (HQ Global)
On a personal note, the only thing that comes before his passion for real estate is his family. Don is a doting father and grandfather who proudly raised his daughter in the Prescott area. He has truly become a local expert while living, working, and playing in the northern Arizona towns. When he isn't spending time with his family, Don can be found on one of the local golf courses or mountain bike trails.
