Garth Linkey

Garth is an Arizona native. He was born in Phoenix, Arizona where he spent most of his young life. At age 12, his parents built a cabin in Oak Creek Canyon, and they loved it so much that it became their full-time home. Garth had many fond memories of hiking, fishing and living the adventure every young boy dreams of. Fast forward to 2004 and you find Garth, his wife Laura and their three girls living back in the valley of the sun. It is there that Garth began his career in real estate quickly becoming a multimillion-dollar producer for Re/Max, specializing in the emerging downtown Phoenix loft market. Garth received several awards and even a write-up in the Phoenix Business Journal for his efforts there. But after the real estate crash of the mid-2000’s it was time for a change.

Garth and his family moved to the Payson area in 2013 to begin a new life. The lakes, the streams and over a million acres of forest to explore breathed new life into an old soul and for him, it felt like coming home. Garth now works with buyers and sellers in Christopher Creek and the surrounding areas. When asked, he will tell you he feels fortunate to work in one of the most beautiful areas of the state!

In his spare time Garth loves just hanging out with his beautiful wife Laura, playing music in his local church, working with his hands to make things and most of all, visits from his beautiful 8-year-old granddaughter!

To this day Garth is always looking forward. Whether it’s finding a new area to explore in this vast amazing wilderness or trying to understand where the market is going and calculating the best move for you as his client, you can count on his honesty and integrity in representing your best interests above all others.
