Realtor® Christina "Christi" Binns offers unique business acumen to homebuyers and sellers throughout greater Baton Rouge and surrounding areas. Having worked in various capacities in the real estate industry since 2007, Christi brings a multi-faceted perspective to every transaction.
“I think it's imperative to have someone looking out for your best interests in any real estate transaction. Someone who is attentive and understanding, while at the same time professional and efficient. I have over 10 years of experience as a Realtor® and have worked for many years as a real estate Office Manager. Knowing the ‘ins and outs’ of all sides of the business enables me to fully handle real estate transactions with ease. Additionally, my technical and marketing background makes me efficient and effective from negotiation to closing,” Christi said.
In addition to her years of experience, real estate is in Christi’s blood. Her father, Gary Binns, opened Realty Executives South Louisiana along with broker Gary Fontenot.
“I had always noted seeing Realty Executives signs all over -- in other states here and at various spots in the Caribbean, so when we opened in 2010 I thought it was great that we were going to be part of an internationally-recognized brand!” Christi said.
Deep roots in the industry may have given Christi her start, but it’s her passion for advocating for today’s homebuyers and sellers that keeps her going.
“I continue to further educate myself, so that I can be the very best version of me, both for myself and for my clients. It’s been such an honor to hear from past clients that they felt like they were dealing with a friend or family member. I felt so appreciated, hearing those words. Buying a home can be scary for some people and knowing I made my clients so comfortable throughout the entire process is so rewarding,” said Christi.
Christi also enjoys volunteering for Relay for Life to support the American Cancer Society, and taking part in local events on a regular basis such as the Christmas Crusade held by the local Sheriff's Department.
