I have been "Selling Saskatoon" for over 42 years. I have had the opportunity to serve many Folks selling and buying real estate. I had worked at this office for all but 3 years when I managed a branch office for a national real estate firm in the early 1980s. My Son, Jordan Bula, has been working with me for the past 9 years, making my career even more enjoyable. My wife, Sandy, has been running the home office for over 17 years. Life is good. I have 5 beautiful Grandchildren and 1 "Great" Granddaughter that keep me happy. Note that I am finally "Great" at something. My interests include our cottage at the lake, golf, sporting activities, travel, spending time in Arizona and spectator sports. I have been licensed continuously for over 42 years in the Saskatoon area. I have the Associate Broker designation. I also served as a Branch Manager for 3 years.
Saskatoon, Warman, Martensville, Dalmeny and surrounding areas are familiar. I've owned a cottage in the Jackfish-Murray Lake cottage country since the 1970s. Over the years, I have sold Acreages, Farms, Cottages, Condos, Foreclosures, Commercial property and more. I am licensed to sell & trade real estate in Residential, Commercial, Farms and Property Management throughout Saskatchewan. I am currently training to become more proficient in Digital Marketing. I gained my DMX certification so I can better serve our clientele.
