An Arizona Native, Julie was raised in North Scottsdale and now calls Gilbert home. She attended Arizona State University and began her real estate career in 1994. Julie spent her first 18 years in real estate as a new home sales agent for some of the Valley’s largest homebuilders. She served on the National Advisory Council for Meritage Homes and on the Leadership Team for K. Hovnanian Homes.
In 2015, Julie retired from the homebuilding industry to partner with her husband, Ben, as Director of Marketing and Operations for The Koerner Team. Her strength in creative design, marketing and social media allows her to run aggressive marketing campaigns for all listing and team endeavors.
Together, Ben and Julie share a passion for helping people and leverage their broad skill sets to ensure the powerful representation of their clients in selling, buying, and leasing property. They fully incorporate their clients’ needs and input into every transaction. Julie grew up in Scottsdale and has called Gilbert home since 1996. Ben moved from Kansas to the Valley in 1987 and lived in Scottsdale until moving to Gilbert in 2001.
