FREE REFINANCE:* Within 24 months if the interest rate goes down by more than 1% of your current
rate, I will refinance your loan at lower rate for free.
Closing Cost Accuracy*: We will provide good faith estimate with 24 hours after you request for
the loan. If there is variation in the fees we provided on the initial GFE and the final HUD,
we will pay you the difference*.
