Chris Nelson of Realty Executives California Coast offers his 15 years of experience to clients looking to buy or sell a home. Nelson specializes in home marketing, first time homebuyers, bank owned properties and is a Realtor, certified probate real estate specialist in addition to being a short sale specialist. His career in real estate is paved with hard work, marketing skills, and a strong belief in customer service.
Before working in real estate, Nelson worked for Wells Fargo Bank, where he gained experience in mortgage loans. He later worked in sales and management at area health clubs, and most recently, a marketing project for a prominent local medical center which gave him invaluable marketing and advertising experience.
What makes real estate the right career for Nelson is his background in sales, marketing and management in addition to his ethics and focus on client goals.
