The leadership story behind VFL Real Estate is especially meaningful. In 2018, while writing his very first real estate contract, Hensley was referred to Agent Assist\u2014a transaction coordination group within REA, where he worked closely with Barbara Newton. More than 1,000 contracts later, that early connection has come full circle, with Newton now serving as Broker for VFL Real Estate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Steven\u2019s wife, Carrie Hensley, serves as Director of Operations and plays a vital role in the company\u2019s success. Sharing Steven\u2019s passion for building a client-focused team, Carrie oversees operations to ensure every client experiences a smooth, organized, and professional process from start to finish.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, VFL Real Estate is composed of 19 agents, four licensed operations staff, and a dedicated marketing manager.
