Realty Executives International and Realty Executives Associates of Knoxville, Tennessee congratulate agent Trent Rogers on being named a RisMedia 2025 Rookie of the Year! Out of thousands of agents, Trent was selected as the South Regional winner. The winner of this award exemplifies a strong sales record, commitment to the industry, and promising future in real estate. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

A self-proclaimed lifelong dabbler in real estate, Rogers officially entered the business after a career in the luxury automotive industry. His background helped him to quickly excel and provided him with a true appreciation and knowledge of customer service, which he can apply to real estate daily. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rogers<\/a> describes his Regional Rookie of the Year recognition as a testament to the people he\u2019s been fortunate enough to work alongside.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThat would include my mentor, managing broker, team members, transaction coordinator and certainly the admin staff at my brokerage,\u201d says Rogers. \u201cAnd my biggest cheerleader, my wife Hayley. There is ZERO chance I could have had a year like 2024 without their support.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rogers also attributes his rapid success to his commitment to staying in touch with clients and customers. He values keeping up with clients and providing value to them even after closing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cThere are two mottos that resonate in my head the most,\u201d he says. \u201cOne is \u2018take care of the people, and the money will take care of itself,\u2019 and the other is, \u2018the fortune is in the follow up.\u2019 I\u2019ve seen both of these hold true over and over and over again in my sales career.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
