Realty Executives Home Towne, a full-service real estate brokerage with locations in Port Huron, Washington Township, Chesterfield Township, Shelby Township, and Troy was named the 2022 Extraordinary Brokerage<\/a> award recipient during the recent Realty Excellence\u2122 Awards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The prestigious award is issued to one\nbrokerage per year. Nominees must demonstrate how to build a real estate business\nthat puts clients and agents first. The brokerage should boast powerful growth\nin agent headcount and market share each year, inclusive culture, and unparalleled\nprofessionalism. These brokerages often offer a high level of brokerage\nsupport, sense of community, and forward-thinking leadership. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Home Towne received the award from franchisor Realty Executives International during the recent annual conference hosted in Nashville, Tennessee.\u00a0 Broker\/Owner Frank Locricchio<\/a> was present to receive the award, along with several of Home Towne\u2019s real estate Executives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Locricchio opened Realty Executives Home Towne\nin 2013.  Since its inception, the\nbrokerage has grown to nearly 200 agents and five offices. The company has\nreceived numerous awards for production and franchise growth throughout the\nrecent years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
