Realty Executives Elite Homes\u00a0has been chosen as the Brokerage of Record to sell another piece of Nutley’s rich heritage, The Ruth Bedford Estate in Nutley NJ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“Ruth Bedford was one of Nutley’s biggest advocates and supporters, A philanthropist and she supported many of Nutley’s organizations,” Broker\/Owner Matthew De Fede said. “She was the Matriarch of our township and I am honored to be chosen out of all the brokerages in town to represent her estate and home.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A massive home built in the late 1800’s with it’s sprawling grounds and carpentry work that no one has seen done in decades is about to hit the market for the first time ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The home was purchases by Ruth Bedford and her husband back in the late 60’s, her father was the very first Mayor of Nutley back in 1912, yes this home has a lot of great history and was a staple for many of fundraisers and organizations that Mrs Bedford was involved in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

“I cannot wait to breathe new life into this home with a new family taking possession of the home, it is going to be a glorious home once again,” De Fede said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
