Realty Executives International is excited to announce that Realty Executives of Cape County, of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, has been named a 2019 Market Leader for the international real estate franchise. This award is given to franchisees with 100+ agents, 1000+ transactions, or 20-plus percent market share (based on transactions in the MLS).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Realty Executives of Cape County, celebrating 16 years in business, has successfully completed over 1,400 transactions in 2019, representing a remarkable 48 percent market share in their local market.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Bill Cole, an accountant and former CPA, and his wife, Susan, founded Realty Executives of Cape County in 2003.\u00a0\u00a0Susan has been a licensed real estate salesperson and broker since 1981.\u00a0Their daughter, Katie Palisch, has been a licensed real estate agent since 2016 and serves as the company\u2019s Marketing Director. Their son, Chris Cole, a licensed attorney, has been with the company since 2012, serving as the firm\u2019s general counsel and Designated Broker. Chris\u2019 wife, Jessica, is also an Executive who has been with the company since 2013.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Coles are honored that Realty Executives of Cape County has been recognized as a Market Leader, and attribute the growth and success of the brokerage to the nearly 100 Executives on the team.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
