Hummingbird <\/span>Realty <\/span>was <\/span>founded <\/span>by <\/span>Patricia <\/span>Kunkel <\/span>in <\/span>2013 <\/span>after several years <\/span>of <\/span>working the <\/span>local <\/span>market <\/span>under <\/span>other <\/span>brokerages<\/span>. <\/span>According <\/span>to <\/span>Patricia<\/span>, <\/span>it <\/span>was <\/span>the <\/span>desire <\/span>to <\/span>provide <\/span>consistent <\/span>and <\/span>personal <\/span>service <\/span>to <\/span>all <\/span>its <\/span>clients <\/span>without <\/span>corporate <\/span>or <\/span>brokerage <\/span>restrictions <\/span>that <\/span>fueled <\/span>her <\/span>desire <\/span>to <\/span>own <\/span>and <\/span>operate <\/span>her <\/span>own <\/span>brokerage<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In <\/span>addition <\/span>to <\/span>the <\/span>normal <\/span>operations <\/span>of <\/span>a <\/span>Real <\/span>Estate <\/span>Office <\/span>many <\/span>Powassanites <\/span>have <\/span>discovered the <\/span>hospitality <\/span>offered <\/span>at <\/span>Hummingbird <\/span>during the <\/span>Parade <\/span>of <\/span>Lights <\/span>and <\/span>the <\/span>Maple <\/span>Syrup <\/span>Festival<\/span>. <\/span>Hot <\/span>drinks<\/span>, <\/span>assorted <\/span>treats<\/span>, <\/span>and <\/span>the <\/span>ever <\/span>present <\/span>live <\/span>music <\/span>are <\/span>offered <\/span>free <\/span>of <\/span>charge <\/span>in <\/span>a <\/span>warm <\/span>welcoming <\/span>environment<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In <\/span>2016 <\/span>Hummingbird <\/span>Realty <\/span>acquired <\/span>the <\/span>franchise <\/span>rights <\/span>to <\/span>Realty <\/span>Executives <\/span>in <\/span>the <\/span>local <\/span>area and <\/span>began operating <\/span>under <\/span>that <\/span>banner<\/span>. <\/span>The <\/span>expanded <\/span>market <\/span>exposure <\/span>has <\/span>resulted <\/span>in <\/span>positive <\/span>results <\/span>for <\/span>Patricia <\/span>and <\/span>her <\/span>team<\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

With <\/span>Patricia <\/span>and <\/span>Nicholas <\/span>working <\/span>diligently <\/span>to <\/span>provide <\/span>top<\/span>–<\/span>notch <\/span>service <\/span>to <\/span>their <\/span>clients<\/span>, <\/span>coupled <\/span>with <\/span>the <\/span>strong <\/span>influence <\/span>of <\/span>their <\/span>social <\/span>medi<\/span>a presence, <\/b>Hummingbird <\/span>hopes <\/span>to <\/span>continue <\/span>making <\/span>a <\/span>difference <\/span>to its <\/span>clients <\/span>in <\/span>the <\/span>real <\/span>estate <\/span>market.<\/p>\n

A <\/span>further <\/span>expansion <\/span>took <\/span>place <\/span>for <\/span>Hummingbird <\/span>in <\/span>2018 <\/span>with <\/span>the <\/span>purchase <\/span>of <\/span>a <\/span>Matterport <\/span>360 <\/span>3D <\/span>camera <\/span>and <\/span>the <\/span>hiring of <\/span>media <\/span>staff and <\/span>graphic <\/span>designer <\/span>to <\/span>facilitate <\/span>maximum use <\/span>of <\/span>this <\/span>cutting <\/span>edge <\/span>technology<\/span>. <\/span>This <\/span>daring <\/span>step <\/span>beyond <\/span>the average has resulted in the brokerage having <\/span>its <\/span>best <\/span>year <\/span>ever<\/span>. <\/span>The <\/span>ability <\/span>to <\/span>market <\/span>more <\/span>properties <\/span>and <\/span>sell <\/span>more <\/span>properties fa<\/span>st<\/span>er<\/span>, <\/span>has <\/span>pushed <\/span>the <\/span>local <\/span>brokerage <\/span>ahead <\/span>of <\/span>the <\/span>pack<\/span>. <\/span>Already <\/span>part <\/span>of <\/span>the Hummingbird <\/span>team<\/span>, <\/span>late <\/span>in <\/span>2018.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
